We need your help! The grandchildren and young family members of Louise H. Batz are working together once again for Operation Holiday Hope to help support hospitals in Texas and the United States.
This year we are raising money to put together at least 250 Care packages for Adult and Pediatric patients along with their families. This is something we have always wanted to provide for patients and families that are in the hospital.
We always think about Louise's time in the hospital and if we could turn back the clock and try again knowing what we know now about Patient Safety and caring for patients and families. Louise would be alive today.
Our family wishes we had been given a care package that had all of these things so that we would have felt like we were a part of the team, that our voice mattered. With the Batz Guide tools we would have known the RIGHT questions to ask, and Louise would be with us celebrating the holidays with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
